Interpretation based on the following study:  Moreover, set apart, appointed and sent forth as Messenger and Representative, to protect, defend, reconcile and atone.  He paid our ransom as Substitute Sacrifice, fulfilling and satisfying in full to cover the price of redemption.  Indeed, Yehowah stooped in kindness to bestow and extend favor when it is neither expected nor deserved.  Yehowah in steadfast love, mercy, faithfulness, devotion and goodness is strong to fulfill His Covenant.  He remembers and is Reliable and Strong to Protect, by becoming personally involved and committed beyond the letter of the law to Save.  He sent His Word and Way, to the uttermost parts beyond boundary and limits, to teach and instruct us in understanding.  He made ready absolutely those things ordained by God for us.  He passed over to spare, shining forth to exempt by His Substitution and Representation, in order that we may live and be made perfect in Him.
