Interpretation based on the following study:  And also to accept and receive by deliberate welcome, to bear and take on the full responsibility, He became security to exercise assurance for the fulfillment of the Promise and Blessing of Salvation.  He bore the results and consequences, to take unto Himself to satisfy and provide an end and completion to sin and separation.  Fulfilling His task with joyfulness and gladness, He delivered us from harm and danger.  Shewing forth to teach and direct as God's Word, He gives understanding to get hold, receive and keep His fulfillment.  Staying near in steadfast continuance, He alone is the Way and Channel by which God's Amazing Gift of Salvation is bestowed, given and distributed to all to share.
