Interpretation based on the study:  Moreover to abide and dwell in His Power and Authority, settled in His Favor.  The lifeless, dead and destroyed will see, understand, perceive and be restored to respond because I AM Exists.  Set at one again to belong always to Him permanently, verified and made sure in His Faithfulness and Devotion.  I AM fulfills His Promise to fasten and hold us close in His rule, possession in union with Him to the end.
